About us
In 2010 we decide to invest in agriculture and in cooperation with the agricultural company "Expedition-Agro" and "Zavod konservov detskogo pitaniya", were founded the factory of growing and processing of agricultural products. The company acquired irrigation systems manufactured by the American company "Pierce" and the Russian tech "Raduga Kuban", two Ploeger peas combine harvesters and two Pixell corn combine harvester.
The company purchased for the factory the processing and conservation lines for green peas (Hungary) and sweet corn (Slovakia). The first season and the quality of the products have shown that we are on the right way. Our own raw material base allows us to be independent from the vendors; the product quality is improved through well-functioning field-factory actions. The first products was delicious and of high quality.
In 2011,we started the production of frozen vegetables- frozen green peas, and frozen swet corn.

Производство замороженных овощей и ягод - это высокотехнологичный и ответственный процесс. Главная задача производственного комплекса - сохранить большую часть витаминов в овощах, фруктах и ягодах без ущерба качеству и внешнему виду продуктов. Достичь этой цели позволяют современные технологии и использование только надежного, нового оборудования.
Сразу же после сбора нового урожая сырье проходит тщательный отбор и калибровку, а затем мгновенно замораживается методом «шоковой заморозки» на современном, мощном и высокопроизводительном оборудовании. В продуктах, прошедших такой уровень обработки сохраняется значительно больше полезных микроэлементов и витаминов, чем в длительно хранящихся свежих овощах и ягодах. Преимущества замороженных овощей ещё и в том, что к покупателю они поступают уже термически обработанными, что заметно сокращает время их приготовления.

Благодаря такой предкулинарной обработке значительно улучшаются потребительские свойства быстрозамороженных продуктов: заметно сокращается время приготовления различных блюд и при этом максимально сохраняются все полезные вещества свежих овощей и фруктов.
Бланширование разрушает окислительные ферменты, приводящие при длительном хранении к появлению неприятного привкуса, потере яркой окраски и консистенции.
